These terms cover your use of findinspira.com. Work with me is covered by a separate written agreement.

1. Who runs this site

This site is run by Ian M Chapman, trading as FindInspira. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What the site is for

It describes my consultancy and coaching work and tells you how to get in touch. What it contains is general information. It is not business, legal, financial, medical or psychological advice, and you should not act on it without taking advice that fits your own circumstances.

Coaching and mentoring are not therapy or counselling. I provide consultancy and coaching only under a written agreement, and that agreement sets out the terms of the work. Nothing on this site forms a contract or an offer.

3. Ownership of the content

The text, design, name and logo are mine, and I keep all rights in them. The photography is by John Paul Photography, used with permission, and remains his copyright. It is credited where it appears.

You may view the site and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts if you credit FindInspira and link back. For anything else, including use of the images, please ask first.

4. Using the site properly

Please do not try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, copy it in bulk by automated means, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. References to other organisations

The site describes my own career and experience, including my time at Gordon & MacPhail. The organisations named are not connected with FindInspira and do not endorse it.

6. Accuracy

I take care to keep the site accurate and up to date. I do not promise that it is complete or free of errors, and I may change or remove content at any time.

7. Links to other sites

Links are there for convenience. I do not control other sites and I am not responsible for what they contain or how they treat your information.

8. Emailing me

Email is not fully secure. Please do not send sensitive commercial or personal information until we have agreed how it will be handled.

9. My responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow me to limit. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, the site is provided as it is. I am not liable for loss that arises from using the site or relying on what it says, or if the site is unavailable for a time.

10. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

11. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
