Coaching & Mentoring

There's a point in most careers, and in most lives, where the next step stops being obvious.

A promotion that doesn't feel like the right fit. A transition nobody quite prepared you for. A sense that you're capable of more, without a clear route to it. I've stood in that exact moment myself, stepping away from a role I'd built over 21 years, and I know how different it feels from the outside looking in.

01

Listen

The work starts with understanding where someone actually is, not where their title or their CV suggests they should be. That means listening properly, without an agenda for what the answer should be, to what's said and to what isn't.

02

Learn

What surfaces from that listening rarely matches the question someone arrived with. The real block is often somewhere else entirely, and finding it takes patience rather than a framework applied from the outside.

03

Lead

From there, the work is building a way forward the person actually owns, not a plan handed to them. That's the difference between a moment of insight and a change that actually sticks.

Where I can help

Executive coaching

Confidential, 1:1 support for senior leaders navigating a genuine moment of change, whether that's a new role, a transition out of one, or the sense that something needs to shift but it isn't yet clear what.

Family business leadership

For people stepping into, or out of, a family business, where the personal and the professional can't always be separated, and where the stakes are different from an ordinary career move.

Leaders in transition

Support for the space between one chapter and the next, whether that's a career change, a step up to executive level, or a deliberate move toward something new.

Standing at the edge of the next step? Let's talk.
